We are currently seeking an experienced Plumbing Technician This position is headquarters out of our South Plainfield office, but will work at various sites throughout NJ

5-7 Years of previous work experience in a related field is preferred

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair problems in such areas as HVAC, Plumbing, Major Appliance, Boilers, water features (pools, spas etc.) & Waste Management Systems (a plus)
• Assist the Maintenance manager with organizing & prioritizing the property workload
• Maintain, Track & Order Inventory as needed
• Install or replace hot water tank
• Must be able to use plumbing appropriate tools & capable of soldering
• Assist with any other tasks that may be needed at the property

• 5-7 years experience in a related field
• Highschool diploma preferred
• Ability to read, write & speak English
• Ability to communicate with all staff members in a professional manner
